Language won’t change
Frustrating, I’ve updated the language to English multiple times, the operation manual remains in Chinese. I tried to register, it won’t let me. This doesn’t work.

Not working, not up-to-date
The app is not working properly, I am not even able to download it. Tried support and it is clearly disabled.
Does not connect
The instructions on how to connect with an installed light are unclear and not successful. In the end the app is utterly useless.

Súper difícil de configurar, no es clara en si se debe una por una luz configurar o porque solo detecta la mitad de mis luces. Ya estoy pensando en tirarlas y mejor conseguir una marca conocida

No update for this app, and the new version won’t link with my spotlight. Total waste of money.
I regret ever buying these lights and getting this app..
This app is garbage,.. just more absolute trash from chynah that works ONCE,.. then it’s all over, and good luck getting any support, there isn’t any,.. they got what they wanted, our American dollars,.. but never again.. if it isn’t made in the USA, I’ll never buy it.. cheap chinese garbage made by slave peasants being paid in rice and bok chow..

i bought 2 flood lamps
one flood lamp changed to flash mode on it’s own. if i had epilepsy i could sue. the app is newly updated and says “the APP is too old, please install the latest version!” … now i can’t change the settings for the light. terrible app and product.

Dead App
I’ve used this app since 2022, when I bought some landscape lights it was used to control. It could be temperamental, but worked well enough that last year I bought another batch of lights. This weekend, the app suddenly renamed itself on my phone with Japanese characters and claimed my Bluetooth was disabled, which it was not. I deleted and reinstalled. Now it won’t find my lights. The support link does not load a page—site times out. If you have purchased a product that uses this app, return that product immediately.
