Was working, now is not

After the most recent update, the camera does not focus. I’ve tried cleaning the lens, adjusting distance, restarting the app and fully charging the scope. Used to use it all the time, now can’t see anything.

Sorry, the iOS version of Smart Endoscope does not currently support standard USB endoscopes.

Saving lives with this tool!!

I do HVAC for a living and I absolutely love this product! I have saved numerous lives by discovering issues that are difficult to see. Thanks guys! Great work

Sucks

Constantly disconnecting from camera will not reconnect unless you cycle WiFi then only works for 15 seconds before disconnecting again!

No video, no pics, keeps crashing

I’ve had the wireless endoscope for about two years. Up until recently I had trouble with video freezing after a few minutes. After the most recent update, there’s no video, no pictures and the app just keeps crashing. I’m using an iPhone 13 with current iOS. Do better guys.

Works great

Received as a gift and has come in so handy. With 5 kids there’s always someone with something in their ear. After a day harvesting corn I was able to confirm that one DID have a bug in their ear and also able to confirm when we flushed it out. The little attachments work great for getting big piles of ear wax out too.

Doesn’t work with td300

I purchased a used td300 endoscope. It is recognized by my windows 11 computer but not my iPhone 15 running iOS 18.

Otoscope

This device is awesome and very easy to use. With the lighted camera it’s very easy to see down the ear canal. If you want to see what’s going on in your ear this device is the one for you.

App is not friendly. Cannot get the scope to connect to the app and work on my IOS

Directions are very unhelpful, and I have repeatedly downloaded and allowed permissions and restarted my phone. Quality of scope seems good, but I can’t tell because I can’t use it.

Tried restarting, enabling permissions. Light works on borescope, but app does not connect to device.

Fabulous if used with care

Problematic earwax former here. It is so helpful to be able to actually see what’s going on in there. Wonderful tool and easy to see on my phone.

A caution- I was too aggressive at first and caused a painful hematoma. I would actually NOT recommend using this tool for any ear cleaning per se. Just for looking. I used a combo of EarwaxMD and then peroxide and then irrigation in the shower with a syringe. Worked beautifully which I was able to see with the video tool.
