I had to fax something to my insurance company, and instead of driving somewhere, I used this app's scanner. It auto-cropped and enhanced the page, and I faxed it back immediately. Wonderful!
Easy merging
The best thing about this app is that I can combine a scanned signed page, a PDF from the cloud, and a photo from my gallery into a single, ordered fax. Before, faxing from different sources used to be impossible.
Government forms
We occasionally need to fax official forms to government agencies or banks. Maintaining a landline and a fax machine for this was absurdly expensive. This app eliminated that cost for us.
Scan feature
I needed to fax a document and I had no idea where to even find a fax machine. This app saved the day. I took a photo of the signed form with the scan feature, entered the number, and it was sent in under a minute.

EXPENSIVE
I cancelled before 1st week was up. Tricks you into buying longer subscriptions. First faxes were supposed to be free but got tricked into buying one for a week at 8.99 whew. My mistake, but asks me every time if I want an annual one and makes it look like I can’t send a fax unless I agree - very tiny continue button. At least my one week mistake warned me and I didn’t fall for the annual one. Does not send a confirmation email so no idea if fax was received/sent - not good. One fax is still “processing” days later. Most unsatisfactory app I’ve ever had. Will be looking for a new one - not just because of poor quality and expense, but because I feel strongly that I do not want to support any app with such deceptive practices. Cheaper to buy a fax machine.

It worked well for a few weeks and now no longer opens!

Tried to download multiple times. Everytime I tap on the app to open, it immediately crashes.

FYI to everyone looking at the reviews, most of these are obviously fake, skip all the reviews written by an author with a first and last name instead of a username
Terrible
It allowed me to send to faxes after I paid for full year and now screen goes blank and back to home page when I try to open it. Emailed company and have heard nothing. Do not purchase

Doesn’t actually work. It’s also over priced, and the 1 week trial is fake. It immediately charges you.
No fax number to receive return faxes
This app is awful. You’re not given a fax number to receive return faxes. Waste of money! Don’t buy!!!
Terrible app do not use
Sent an important fax, said fax sent, I happened to find folder of sent fax and said processing, i tried to find to no avail what that meant, kept checking for 2 days and finally i see fax sent failed.
It should be able to tell this within minutes, i also had to spend 8.99 for a 1 week subscription to process the fax and only find out 2 days later i was ripped off send the fax never went. This company is playing off the name of FAX.PLUS and they add faxplus scanner but this is a complete different company. I downloaded and used FAX.PLUS and got confirmation my fax was received within 5 minutes. Steer clear of this app
