Not Compatible With iOS 10?

I ordered this from Amazon and was very excited to use it however, it won't seem to pair with my device as other trackers have done quickly & easily... does this device not work with iOS 10? If so I think that should be clearly stated on both the description in the App Store as well as on Amazon...

Great device with one flaw

This thing is great. It has fantastic range, it's loud enough so I can hear it, and the battery seems solid. However, if I press the Pally's button to find my phone and my phone is on mute, it isn't able to override the mute and make sound anyway. I've used other tracking devices that could override the mute (but had other flaws). Five stars if this ability is added to the app.

Does not work

Can’t locate any bluetooth devices while other apps could clearly locate them. This app just says searching but it never finds anything
