AR doesn’t work
I tried iPad and iPhone. It simply doesn’t scan. I got a couple of results within many tries, but it is inconsistent. Too frustrating for me, let alone a child. Waste of money.

I couldn’t even get past the first screen. I try to tap one of the areas to set up an account and nothing!

Where is Taiwan?
It has factually wrong information. For example, tap “Currencies”, and touch Taiwan - it will call it “China” (I guess it IS Republic of China), but it most certainly is not using Renminbi for currency.

Are you ever going to fix this app? Earth and Solar system haven’t ever worked and feedback from 1yr ago says this??? This means AR experience is limited to pop ups on the globe and nothing more exciting than that I’m afraid.

I have try to get this app to work several times and no luck. It keeps telling me I need to register first, although I have already done this twice. Sounds like others are having the same issue. I have contacted the company and no response. Useless app!!!
What does it mean?
I’m not a member, so I press “New user? Set up now?” So then I fill in all my information, and waste my valuable time only to get a pop up saying “Please make sure the network is normal” What does it mean?😾😾

Worst app
This is the worst app ever;I am trying to scan my globe but it just doesn’t work. Complete waste of time. 👎
Please fix the app
The reason we bought this globe is because we want our children to use the ipad to learn something in a fun way, instead of watching youtube videos or playing games. My heart sank after found out the apps is not working well. And we bought THREEEEEEE globe! 😢😔

Don’t understand the views about apps don’t work. It’s been a year since I bought this and never had a problem with the app or login .

Why make an App based product with an app that doesn’t work. My parents bought this for my boys and were so excited to use it only to find out that the app doesn’t work fully. The space/constellations won’t scan at all and only a handful of animals can be found and not all the time. My kids are gutted and I’m very disappointed!

Horrible
Quite simply one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Unintuitive, barely AR, have to hold at a perfect angle and still for it to work. Within the app things are not labelled, continuously freezes and the needs restarts not to mention vast areas of earth seem unimportant. It’s meant for 4+ but at 35 I’m having trouble using it. I’ve now given the globe to my kids to use as a football and deleted the app.
