Almost unusable
The application crashes frequently. There is no feedback when server errors are happening. I had to reset my setup and re-add my devices more than 10 times because the app does not bother to have at least an error message.

Perfekte Schalter, schlechte App
Ich habe inzwischen etliche LIVOLO Schalter und Steckdosen in meinem Haus verbaut. Der Einbau und Anschluss ist einfach und schnell erledigt, die Verbindung zum Gateway schnell hergestellt. Leider ist die LIVOLO App sehr unzuverlässig. Wann immer ich sie benutzen möchte, erhalte ich die Meldung „Time out“. Dann muss ich mich zunächst abmelden und danach wieder anmelden. Dann funktioniert die App, sowohl einzelne Schalter, als auch Sequenzen. Das ist nervig und schmälert die Freude über die schönen Schalter.

Fail fail fail fail!!! A lot of money for the “Smart switches” with the worst app ever. Beside the daily crashes, restart and so on, now some of the rooms won’t respond at all. I have a serup with 5 rooms and sometimes randomky won’ respond and does not show the real status of the light in that room. Totally fail. Big disappointment for me.

Now it works, but add more features please!
For the moment it works ok, i can add the hub from the app, it doesn’t crush anymore, but it will be perfect if you add the posibility to automatise the scenes, to open a light at a specific hour and close at another hour.

Die App funktioniert so na ja. Die Einrichtung ist langsam schlecht übersetzt und man braucht schon etwas technische Fantasien um den Prozess zu überstehen.
Bei der Benutzung hat dann die App einige Eigenheiten. Nach gewisser Zeit im Ruhemodus muss diese neu gestartet werden. Sonst kommt die Anzeige Time out und nichts geht.
Die Schalter sind auch nicht kompatibel mit Phillips Hue obwohl angeblich Zigbee 3 Standart.
Die Automationen Haus verlassen und ähnliches Funktioniert auch nicht da wie oben beschrieben Time out.
Leider habe ich die Schalter überall einbauen lassen und muss nun mit dieser App leben.

Every edit you have to confirm and when you do you jump out of the app to your home screen.
Even if you perceiver it tells you to do stuff like add an address but does not take you where to enter your address and if you find it you have to confirm (and you know what that does).
After trying to set up for a good 45 min I got fed up and deleted it.

Random and unreliable remote control over light switches
Lights randomly works. Turn on and off by itself and it’s really freak out. Sometimes switches just unavailable with no feasible reason. Sometimes everything work well. It seems that server located somewhere in China and it cause a problems in proper work. Unfortunately it’s impossible to call such app and hardware operations as satisfactory. Please be aware that devices and app totally unreliable in term of remote operation.

Tengo toda la casa con interruptores zigbee y desde hace dos días, sin cambiar nada, Alexa y esta app ya no se comunican con ellos. Habrán tocado algo de su servidor y han dejado tirados a todo el mundo.
