App can’t even connect to their smart app
Should be called “Stupid Home”
After multiple Sign in it kept not being able to sign in to server. Can’t Understand way they can make good app for their products. You would think they would want positive reviews instead how all the negative that are here.

I’m not sure why Samsung would advertise that you can connect your device to an app. The app is outdated and crashes or won’t load to even connect my device. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Sign in to app with their 2 step security verification.
Tap the Add Device to add a washer and requested to sign in with 2 step verification again. Device fails, washer does not show up.

Having like issues with a 2 year old SmartThings Hub lately due to errant updates and, since most of my devices are Lutron Caseta, I purchased a Lutron hub and in the process of swapping out the remaining non-Lutron compatible smart devices to eliminate the SmartThings Hub. Over the last month of operation, the Lutron Hub has been very stable with lightning fast responses.

App is total garbage
Never works, constantly have to log in over and over and over again. Crashes, never connects. Samsung obviously doesn’t care to fix all the issues.

The washing AP is active as per the instructions but the app continuously just look for it and never comes back. The app just show a cycling blue circle that never ends.
Wow did samsung just put a feature on it spec sheet so they can sell more but don’t provide the actual feature.

This app is the proof of Samsungs failure. Imagine you’ve created something like this. You as Samsung should go personally to every customer and beg for forgiveness. Shame on you. I’m buying only American Products from now on.
Does not work
I can’t add my washer or dryer. Updated them to the latest firmware, but no change. Tell the app to not use two-factor after logging in and the setting is ignored.
When you get to the authenticate device by enabling Smart Control, it just spins (even past the minute you have to do so).
