Will not recognizing my plugs
Does not recognizing the adapters for wall plugs after installation making The wireless adapter is useless. Do not waste your money on this junk.

All devices have disconnected. Can’t re-connect. Deleted and reloaded app, still will not connect. Useless.

this cannot find any of my smart kk original WiFi plugs. and the app now requires a cloud login and claims to need my precise location in order to work at all.
the original app didn't need login or location settings m order to work. and thus this feels like it's become yet another tentacle of the cancerous strongman running china.

This is really bad
Tried connecting a smart LED and I couldn’t even get past the second menu. It says there’s no connection to WLAN and doesn’t go anywhere from there. Using the Chinese app it was easy and got the job done. English app is nothing but a joke.

Scene construction should had an option to reset execution if trigger any time before execution happens.
So once somebody access a room and scene turn light on. It will keep turned on util no movement at room (no trigger event) for example.... “5 minutes”. So any time light will be turned off util was nobody at room for time length.

Engenheiros da konke bastam atualizar o firmware para interpretar uma nova configuração de cena: reset execução de cena (“Exemplo”) após novo acionamento desta cena.
Isso permitirá a lampa de manter ligada e desligar somente se não houver ninguém no ambiente após tempo determinado para execução (desligar lâmpada).
Melhoramento traria uma infinidade de novas aplicações e recursos paras as cenas.

Poor usability and crashes adding plug
The app has bad ux and after last update it remove all devices and also it crashes when trying to add a new device. Not even the happy path works.

English app version doesn’t work
I like the plugs and have had them working for a couple of years now, but the Chinese app version is a little challenging sometimes, so decided to try the English app (not surprising😊) but it wouldn’t connect to the plugs - oh well, they still work well with the Chinese app

Only Chinese app works for us in Australia but the app is all in Chinese and terrible.

Fix English version for miniK
As many have said, chinese works, but English shows offline. The new English app also works with google home, but Chinese one does not. Please either add google home support to Chinese, or add miniK support to English. It’s as if you are running two backend systems.

Everything was fine with the Chinese version (except I had to guess what the buttons meant). I was so excited when the English version was released, but it doesn’t work with any of my plugs and now they’re all useless! Please fix this!
