First time I’ve actually paid for an app. Doesn’t work 90% of time
Terrible app
Very buggy app. Most functions within the app do not work. Lots of “data format errors” and “unknown errors”. I don’t know who they have testing but clearly not doing a great job.

Not happy, app expires session
I was promised if the SOS would be pressed , it would be alerted on my iPhone, this is not happening.
I was told I need to have the app opened at all times to receive the notification. However if I do this after few minutes I get an alert saying my session has expired.
Today I rang the company who sold the Gps to me, first I was told someone would send me an email to make sure I had the correct settings, 10 seconds later I was told I could get a refund.
