Не разблокируется после оплаты

Прошу разобраться в ситуации,деньги оплачены,игра работала только два раза полностью,в остальном все заблокировано,просьба либо вернуть деньги,либо разблокировать окончательно.игра ребёнку нравится,но доступно всего 6 картинок
