Was garbage! Don’t buy!
If you don’t want to be regretfully disappointed DO NOT BUY! It’s pricey suitcase for no reason. First of all the quality is really bad stickers peeling off /screws are loose! There’s no weight requirements this thing can carry maybe a toddler otherwise an avg adult would break it . The app is very faulty ! And when u try contacting customer service it’s impossible to get thru to anyone and they don’t respond .. you’re basically stuck with a $1400 suitcase that’s worth no more than $30! I regret this purchase ! I will be posting reviews on this company with the better business bureau bc I got scammed ! It was not what they advertised !

App needs update. Connected once. Worked, never would connect ever again making app unusable.
Not fully functioning
The app does not give battery power percentage. It crashed a couple times. On the map tab the words are on top of the graphs. Also notice in the App Store the App is called Smart Luggage but the actual app is called Smart Suitcase. Quite difficult to steer luggage. Hoping the response time in engaging an action can be corrected to respond faster to avoid hitting objects or people. There should be a controlled off tab to the alarm. The alarm started going off on my phone when I walked upstairs. I should not have to turn off notifications in order to silence the alarm.
