Doesn’t work

Every card I try to write doesn’t scan. I’ve used the same card with a different app and it works perfectly.

Deep linking feature is amazing

The ability to create smartnfc:// links with pre-populated data is a game changer for situations where you have to write many tags. It’s the only NFC app I know that has this feature. Bravo!

Meh, lackluster.

One star for pestering users for reviews.

Solid, but missing function to add contact

Please add function so I can add contact….

app can’t scan the tags half the time

doesn’t scan the tags all the time

Disappointed

Really not happy, paid for this and it does t work at all. Have an IPhone 8 and can’t scan anything. Stay away and do t get this rip off app.

Does not work

I tried scanning a tag and was impressed with the reviews and purchased the app but it doesn’t work. I’m using an iPhone 12 pro

Amazing

Overall, a great app, really simple to use, but I have a question, I have 9 tags that have a password, but I don’t know what the password is, is there a way I can figure this out?

It crashes when I try to change protocols

I’m having trouble writing to Type 5 tags because the app crashes when I use the advanced mode and change protocols.

Full Featured NFC App

This is the best NFC app that I could find for iPhone when tinkering with some pesky NFC tags. Unfortunately my tags were password protected, and the only advanced option for my tag type was to remove the password. Overall, still a great app.

Great App

Been using this to read and write NDEF tags and it works great. Very responsive dev too. Thanks!

Doesn’t work

Like other comments, this specific app didn’t work (even though my phone and my cards are in the supported list), and other apps didn’t. I really wanted it to work because this one I actually paid for. I merely tried to read a card and no luck.

Does not read tag

Other readers on phone work with tag but not this one. ISO 15693 (type v). Hopefully fix is avail.

Great Support

This is definitely one of the best put together NFC apps that I’ve found and support from Alec is great. Definitely recommend

Really wanted it to work

Downloaded this app but it did not work with my tags. Downloaded another app to make sure it wasn't a hardware issue (it wasn’t). Disappointed but it’s fine I guess

Add services please v2

Response from developer

Thanks for the positive review! iOS only supports NFC formatted tags, but most ISO14443 tags (like the one you mentioned) can be formatted in the app. Select "Advanced", and then scan it, and then click "Format." If your "ISO14443" tag does not scan, it is likely unsupported by iOS. I highly recommend "Ultralight" or NTAG 213, or NTAG 215, or NTAG 216 tags. They work great and are some of the most popular tags available for normal uses.

Works well

Now iOS can deal with nfc I bought a pile of tags - no issues reading and writing - now I am going to dream up some uses !

Need password protection

Overall app is clean and decent.
The only thing I want is to be able to password protect the tag. It is very important for me. Please it’s a request if you can add that to your next update.

Promising

‘factime-audio’ URL protocol spec is misspelt

Response from developer

Wow! I'll get that fixed in the next version, thanks! Edit: Fixed!

Good app that will be very useful!

I would love to see the ability to save quick access templates and to iterate on a template. Such as to have a url that counts up as you write:
url.url/10 > url.url/11 > url.url/12
