Can’t create an account
The app points to a non existent aws bucket which means I can’t log in or create an account. This renders the device more than useless. Great idea, exceptionally poor execution.
App Broken
As others have pointed out you cannot log into this anymore. Maybe some forgot to pay their domain name bill.
App is now broken
Used to provide a decent recording of your sleep, but now fails on startup with an error. It appears that they changed a backend address and/or had a hard-coded address.
Can’t use app
Broken app that points to a non existence aws container when logging in or creating accounts.
If I Can’t create an account nor can I log into account through the app, then I can’t use the app.

Makes me lose faith
Smart Nora is a good product that gets too many little things wrong, and the app just solidifies that sentiment. I was considering buying the new generation smart Nora, but after trying the app, I unfortunately don’t trust it would be worth it. Seriously disappointing.
Takes up too much space
The app is helpful to get an idea of the level and intensity of your snores, but:
1) it eats up a lot of space on your phone
2) it overstates your sleep gain with the device
3) it’s annoying to have to activate it separately from the pebble (2 things to activate and keep near you as you sleep).
Unfortunately, I don’t have the space for it and need to delete it. Hopefully they’ll address that soon.

Very interesting but still needs tweaking
It’s very interesting to see the pattern of what the pebble detects and the difference in using Nora or not using it. However, the recordings are eating up my data storage like crazy - after only a couple of weeks it’s half the data in my phone already. Please add a way to opt in or out of the recordings, or to delete saved data in some way either on demand or automatically. It also seems like if I wake up and reset the Nora for the half hour, there’s no good way to reset the data collection in the app so it reads as a short night. I need the reset because my partner making noise is still setting off the Nora while I’m awake and trying to go back to sleep. So, a few things that could be addressed. Appreciate the effort to add the app though.

A nice start
I don’t believe this app manipulates data in an unfair way. I believe it removes snore-lines it heuristically believes it interrupted. More clarity in the interface could help.
It would be nice if the app could auto-dim the phone’s screen (today I have to do it manually).
Can we add the option to dim the pebble’s light?
Overall, I’m giving it 5 stars because even though it has limitations, there is nothing else in the market like this now.
A snoring solution that really works (without CPAP), and now it adds a great app feedback loop. I haven’t slept this good in years.
If you buy a Smart Nora, make sure to get the new one that works with this app. That version is a notable upgrade from the first one.

Not Ready
The app is not ready yet and the motivations are questionable. Data synchronization with the Smart Nora is spotty and will hang for long periods. But the worst aspect of the app is the way it manipulates the data to make Nora appear more beneficial. Tracking sleep with just the app shows all the sleep you’ve “lost.” Then after the data synchs with your Nora it suddenly changes the display to show how Nora “saved” you so much sleep. The number of times you snores even changes. A totally disingenuous presentation of the data that destroyed the app’s credibility for me. It looks like they just want to use the app to sell Noras, versus helping those who already bought one. Disappointing. (BTW, I like my Nora okay, just not the app.)
