Decent reversi
I have yet to see if the multiplayer is good. It’s a decent reversi game. Not sure if the computer opponent levels up well or not. I just started playing this version.
AI too good
This game is trash the novice level could beat a master. Don’t buy this game.
Best reversi app
I’ve downloaded many many apps to fuel my need for this silly game and this is the best one! It gives me tips and an undo button so I can learn from my mistakes! The bots are actually challenging! In other apps there aren’t many difficulty levels (and you can’t pick your colour in some other apps) but this one has it all!!

Nice snappy computer play
Would pay for online play with an app that doesn’t crash, unfortunately the online match does not seem to work on this one.
Great game, but consumes battery
I like this game after buying the Pro upgrade, but I’ve never seen a game chew up battery power like this one. Wow! I can play other games for hours and my iPad will use 15%, but Smart Othello will consume 60% in an hour.
What is fun!
There are hints in the game that make it so easy for me and it is very fun.

This is beautifully written. My favorite of the Reversi games in the App Store.
Quit working today
Is a good game but quit working today. Will only start if I reinstall the app but locks up if I go to another app then will not resume.
Outstanding
This is an outstanding implemention of Othello. It has a very useful training component, it also allows you to download an extensive expert database of 126,000 matches. If you want an Othello app, this ios the one to get.
Awful
This app was good for years, now it’s just a series of glitches and frozen screens. Sadly, it’s not worth your effort downloading it.
App freezes when Game Center is enabled
This is a great othello game , but lately the app freezes on launch if Game Center is enabled. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling may make it work for a game or two, but then it starts freezing again. Signing out of Game Center in the iOS settings resolves the issue, but I like to use Game Center. Please fix. Once you do, this app will get 5 stars. (Tried to email support from the app, but that does not work either)

Fun but....
Online play doesn’t work at all, and I can’t email support through the app. But playing vs the computer is pretty good.

Froze after paying for app, tried deleting- redownloading .... same .

Guide is an overstatement
Don’t get this thinking you’ll get much help from a guide or tutoring. The skill levels quickly jump up too high at teacher level and you won’t be able to win 1 game in 10. Either way too easy or way to hard.
