Worked For Me

Allows for timer function 2s and 12s delay, quick connection. Easy to use. Never gave it five stars because I couldn’t figure out how to get it to autofocus from the app. it might be there and I just haven’t found it. Overall found it faster, and easier to use than image sync. Much less frustrating as well. Used with K1ii

Connects to my K-1 but that is it.

I can connect this to my camera and download it but I cannot find the pictures after I download them.

Please note that the app has been completely rebuilt since your review in 2022. We strongly recommend updating to the latest version for a significantly improved and more stable experience. Junk app

I was using the photo sync app that was recommended when I bought my Pentax K1 and it was ok for a while but stopped working so I got this as a replacement and it doesn’t work. It will not connect to the camera Wi-Fi

Since that time, the app has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, which has resolved many of the earlier connection issues and significantly improved stability. Instant regret

Thought I would take a chance against all the low ratings. App will briefly connect, but I am not able to use any of the functions. This app should have a free trial so at least people don’t spend money trying to see if it will work.

Well done but...

app well done but currently unusable. the downloaded photos are all black (or white if the dark mode is off). I hope in new updates with the ability to choose the focus point and bug fixed. Thank you.

This just works.... app handshakes automatically when you push the Pentax Wifi button. Then download to your iPhone, I use an X

Works perfectly with my Pentax KP

Being able to transfer RAW DNG files to my phone makes this essential, puts the official app to shame.

Some improvements needed

Really really like the ability to transfer raw file, but the transfer speed is super slow. 0.7mbps.
So a 42mb Dng will take several minutes, unfortunately the transfer also stops and resets if the screen dims or if you leave the app.

If these things can all be fixed then it would be 5star
