Does not play MIDI at all on NP35. Tried different formats of MIDI too. Play buttons are all grey.
A wonderful instrument that I am enjoying even as an accomplished concert pianist
I want to love it. When it works it’s amazing, but the crashes kill the experience. It especially crashes when trying to open imported music, seems to be no rhyme or reason to why.
The app has been great so far— I have yet how to figure out how I work the sheet music for my recorded songs. Otherwise, the app is easy to navigate and I genuinely love it. ❤️ Have fun with this.
How could this app has 4 stars
Instructions is so vague, not sure if I did it wrong or the machine is wrong. Looks like an app an intern wrote in a week
The music is a little too loud.
When I try to quantize a song I recorded, the program crashes. Sequence: Recorded Song, selected song from Recorded Song, selected quantize, selected channel to quantize, program crashes. My IPad is up to date. Please fix. Thanks!
I LOVE IT
Messes up sometimes
This app provided by Yamaha is excellent, I highly recommend it 🙏
This latest version of the app crashes every time I try to edit my recordings. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as making sure my iOS system is up-to-date with the latest version. Please get this bug fixed asap
Doesn’t work with iOS26.2 neither iPhone nor iPad
Yikes. What did you do with my recorded songs?Yes , they are there with my other “imported songs”, a menu change that doesn’t make sense but the real issue is the playback of the songs. There are multiple pauses in each of the songs. Please fix.
The latest version has broken the Songs section. I run this app on a fairly current iPad. I use to only have to double tap a song 3 or 4 times to get it to open. Now I cannot get a song to open at all. I can get a song to play by tapping the play icon but I’m using the Lesson songs and I want to open the song and adjust the settings before it starts playing. Doesn’t work anymore.

It feels as if this app is not being maintained. Most features don’t work with a $12k AvantGrand N1X and there’s a plethora of MIDI-related features that could be added to support learning — see the flowkey app.
The app lets me play my favorite songs and sing the lyrics and look at the chords download it now
Horrible dose not teach me anything
App is great! But it would be nice to be able to download new music to play.
Does not recognize piano anymore. CSP 170. It charges the phone but the app no long recognizes a connection. Help!
