Useless app- not able to perform what it intends. Better to ask driver to change.
Poor connectivity
Doesn’t connect automatically, need to connect manually every-time, that is a problem if you are second row, defies the very purpose. Suzuki should have provided a separate remote for the music system. This is a useless app

The app is absolutely pathetic. Doesn’t work with iPhone 14 Pro Max. Everytime there is an error and glitch.

Never connecting to a car
I tried so many times to connect but it always display bluetooth connection problem but i connected my phone to bluetooth connection.

The app is useless, it never connects to the car. There are no instructions, information about how to connect.
The SmartPlay Sync app connects properly but this doesn’t. Maruti doesn’t know what it takes to make a user friendly app.
