Poor Upload Quality
The app works very well so far. Unfortunately, the upload quality is very poor. Please include the option to upload at highest quality or set it automatically because it’s appalling.

Not impressed
I was hoping to be able to use this to post photos to multiple social media accounts. It unfortunately won’t let me and keeps showing an error, gives no explanation for the error, so I don’t even know how or what to fix. So unfortunately for my needs it’s useless.
DOES NOT AUTO POST TO FACEBOOK
USELESS. BECAUSE WHEN YOU SCHEDULE POST. IT DOESN’T AUTO POST. YOU GET MESSAGE TO YOUR PHONE EVERY TIME AND HAVE TO CONFIRM THE POST. THE WHOLE POINT IS TO AUTO POST IN THE BACKGROUND TO KEEP PAGE ACTIVE SO YOU CAN FOCUS ON OTHER THINGS. FIX THIS AND THE APP WOULD BE FINE
App is pretty good until…
App was decent until iOS 18. Now the Facebook posting process is broken.

This app is great and easy to use. I’m able to schedule my posts ahead of time so I can stay consistent and grow my social media following!

I love this app it is amazing you can schedule whatever videos you want and it is very easy
My love is dwindling
I loved this app and its potential so much that I paid for the premium version. However I’ve since lost the feature to see what’s pending in month and day mode. Plus now my Facebook posts which need to be done manually are now bumping on their own to complete and not staying in pending for me to post them. Can you please fix these issues!!!!!

Great Tool for content creators
Since I’ve found this app I’ve loved it. It makes posting consistency super easy! The support team is great and responds quickly. The only downside I’ve run into is the inability to add sounds to TikTok posts.

Pay for Tweets
Twitter is the only “premium” platform. Complete waste of a download
App is perfect and look clean. The only problem is Pinterest, the main reason I downloaded this. It doesn't show up when I try to schedule a post, even when I reconnect the account many times. If it doesn't work why have it as an option?

I am enjoying using this app to post our football team updates on X and Facebook.
One question I have is that I am restricted to 280 characters for X. I have premium X to maximise posts, but can’t fully use it due to character limit. Will this be updated like the tiktok limit?

Can’t link my twitter account
I tried various times to link my twitter account but it keeps saying that the account was already link to a different smart post account. I deleted that old account and created a new one!🙄
Lousy support
I have been trying to re-authorize my account for sometime and I keep getting this error message.

It’s simple & smart
I always look for the next best thing to streamline my work and love of social media. I’m here, there and everywhere.. so I tend to forget some platforms, focus on one.. but this app and it’s bargain pricing completes with other more expensive options out there. Love it!

NEVER ENDING REAUTHORISATION!
I HAVE LOST COUNT OF TIMES I HAD TO REAUTHORISE MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT THESE PAST THREE DAYS! EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO SCHEDULE A POST, IT KEPT ASKING ME TO REAUTHORISE THE ACCOUNT WHICH I ALREADY DID!
