Wrong app cant send email without printer name
Complete scam - Beware
They have some algorithm that makes you think it’s the correct app for your printer and even shows app pages with the brand in the App Store.
I bought a Nelko label maker and the app couldn’t find it. I constantly got hounded to pay to subscribe but that didn’t add anything.
It looks like there are endless apps just like this. Be careful.

I bought a lifetime membership some years ago now it’s asking me to go premium. How many times do I have to pay for this program? I can’t use it anymore. I’m not paying for it again. Update I got an email from Apple saying that the seller wanted to resolve my issue. They informed me to email them which I did twice, and still no reply not hard to believe with all the bad reviews on their website.
