The app is a total nightmare to use and explains nothing just trying to connect a printer to it took ages oh then you go to print something it doesn’t come out correct then you’ve got to pay £7.99 A WEEK just to do it again, yeah great idea why even bother buying a printer at that rate I could have spent less going to a library to print a handful of sheets, utter joke and total scam no wonder they constantly push for you to get the premium for it cause it’ll not work otherwise, save yourself a headache and a water of money and just go to the library for you’re printer needs

I bought the printer, and they ask me to pay to print my stuff. I've already paid for the printer and the ink. I'm not gonna pay your trash subscriptions.

When you press scan on the app, it opens the phone camera, but on a computer, it uses the printers built in scanner. Can you change this please?
