Trying to Make it Work
I’ve never in my long life experienced such total frustration! I’ve tried many times to download the app and try to install this printer. I am at my wit’s end at this point! I QUIT!
Never works
Can never pair iPad with printer.
Just about this print, I’m thinking about taking it back. It’s not good for My Business.
It takes too long and it’s taking too much paper into the intake when it’s printing instead of webpage it’s taking three or four pages and this for My Business so this is not a good fit

Just an app to add a subscription for functions that should already exists like unlimited printing and scanning in the printer I already paid for.

I just realized i had weekly subscription for this app.. this seems suspicious because I never signed up for this and it is charging me 9.99 every week from last 4 months.

It is almost impossible to use this app unless you pay for a subscription. You just keep going around and around in circles trying to figure out how to get it to do what you it to do, it just keeps going back to the paid subscription option.
I bought my printer from Costco with the desired options to print, fax, scan.
HP charged me to use my options on top of buying a printer with the options I wanted. Don’t sign up for their plans for the ink and / or paper you use. They rip you off!! Then when you get tired of being ripped off so you cancel their ink even though you have already paid for the ink you have they lock you out of it so you can’t use it!!! They are the biggest rip off I know. 🤯save yourself the headaches!

It has been over six months that I’ve been trying to Repair the issues of my printer, not recognizing my settings, Eye. E., The size of my paper and the type of paper I’m using, also it does not recognize my printer. The only suggestion I got was to pause my Insta in account for six months so that I don’t get charged for the blank pages that keep coming out of the printer which accounted towards my total pages printed. This is a horrible mess and I can’t believe no one can solve this problem.

This app acts like the official HP app for smart printer at home. IT IS NOT!!! It makes you subscribe to a weekly subscription at what they claim to be $9.99 per week but actually takes an upwards of $22.00 from whatever account you used to subscribe. DO NOT BUY!!!
