It has been over six months that I’ve been trying to Repair the issues of my printer, not recognizing my settings, Eye. E., The size of my paper and the type of paper I’m using, also it does not recognize my printer. The only suggestion I got was to pause my Insta in account for six months so that I don’t get charged for the blank pages that keep coming out of the printer which accounted towards my total pages printed. This is a horrible mess and I can’t believe no one can solve this problem.

This app acts like the official HP app for smart printer at home. IT IS NOT!!! It makes you subscribe to a weekly subscription at what they claim to be $9.99 per week but actually takes an upwards of $22.00 from whatever account you used to subscribe. DO NOT BUY!!!

I do not want to pay for the premium smart printer app. I’ve been using this Smart Printer app for many years and did not for it. It did not scan the photo on my scanner and allow me to reduce it to print to a 4 x 6 from an 8 x 10.

Our home HP printer is always randomly disconnecting to our internet and doesn’t want to reconnect easily. Thought I would try the HP app. But it’s a subscription?! Yeah I don’t think HP actually likes their clients or wants to take care of them. It’s always a hassle with their products

SCAM APP
Thought this was the official app for connecting my HP printer because the name is incredibly similar and says it’s for HP. Definitely tricked me. Tried to connect my printer after PAYING the $59.99 per year cost (since it was cheaper than the $9.99 PER WEEK choice) thinking that’s what I needed to do to use my printer on my phone just to not have it connect to my printer at all. It couldn’t even find my printer. I asked the app for a refund since it wouldn’t even find my printer and I got an automated reply saying they don’t give refunds, take it up with the App Store. It’s an IN-APP PURCHASE. I tried replying and they sent the same automated reply. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Pay to use?
I buy HP printer and cartridges and then they charge for the app. I think it is more feasible to purchase a different brand of printer. Sad, I have been using HP printers for decades. No more.
