No Mac OS 13
This smart printer app is not available for my Mac OS 13 Ventura. Can’t connect printer to internet. Thought this app would help, no it’s available on my phone for $50. Will it work?don’t know, not going to find out

WHAT KIND OF PRINTER
I have never purchased a printer and have had to pay an additional $49.99 in order for me to be able to print out any of my documents. Normally I connect it via Bluetooth to my pc and I’m ready to go. This is absurd to be quiet frank. I want to return the printer asap.

Very difficult to use. Trying to print photos from my phone. There is no easy way for me to do this. Very confusing! I’m ready to return it and get something different!
Email printing
Got help from Canon to set up printer. Printed one page yesterday. Today will not print. Bought this printer to print from my phone. No luck. Back to help desk! I have a ton of printing to do!

I buy a new Epson printer and in order to set it up it tells me to download the app to make it an easier installation and when I go to setup YOU HAVE TO PAT $40 for the app⁉️ I don’t think so‼️ Good luck with that.
Changed WIFI ‘s and can’t get HP printer to change WIFI’s !

Do not purchase. They somehow charged my Apple Pay the moment I made a transaction else where. They charged me a subscription fee that I never once purchased 24 hours after downloading the app. It’s a fraud app.
