Downloaded the app. Would not let you use for free unless you signed up for a trial period. you also could not close the program because of the sign up pop up window. Deleted instantly.
Password
No instructions are easily accessible if one forgets the password.
Scam
There is no “Set Up” and you are FORCED to subscribe to even try to set up a new computer.

Not printing
This printer goes down so often that I’m considering buying a different printer. Despite this being my second HP printer. Super frustrating.

Après des mois à ne pas pouvoir utiliser l’imprimante car elle s’était déconnectée du réseau WIFI sans raison, je suis bloquée pour imprimer un document urgent à cause d’une offre d’abonnement alors que je suis déjà abonnée. C’est inadmissible!

Too Old
My printer stopped connecting to the wireless network so I plugged it in. It worked great for about 3 months and now has no network connection at all. Great support from nothing. Time to buy a new printer and this next one will probably not be an HP.
