So toxic
Way back I used an HP 1215 for ten years. Never any trouble. Now I have a DJ4100. It's cost two weeks and a techie visit - and lasted one day. Control panel is stupid. After much asking, HP put a support agent in touch: line and articulation so poor it was impossible to progress. Such deterioration! ...And the darn thing will not simply copy unless you take out a subscription. So extractive!
