The fact that people have to pay a subscription in order to use your printer is unreal
User not friendly!
I just received the printer as a gift and is the worst user friendly I have ever seen. Very difficult to connect.
SCAM!!
I downloaded the app and decided to try it. I selected a free trial. However, I disliked the service so I cancelled the subscription which was to charge only $1.50 or something. Now they took $59.99 off of my card for what??????
Confusing and money hungry
When you get and open the app it'll ask you if u want a subscription, you click no and then you go and try to print things, again subscription, for me personally it wouldn't allow me to print unless I paid for the subscription! If you choose the plan then I guess you'll have to wait three days or so after they charge you.

Talk about getting FU__ED by HP.
HP is running one of the worlds worst scams with their ink situation I went to this particular printer the HP 5000 because it was $150 and quoted as saying two years of ink. So I buy it online from Amazon I try to install it which takes a long time for me. I get the 5000 printer up and running and now I’m trying to use the app online with my phone and I have an iPad and as I go through the opening parts of the app I get to the last part which is try my new pro program where we are going to charge you like six or seven dollars a week for the rest of the time you’re going to use this printer so what you thought was the deal with the ink turns out to be even a bigger scam and milk you for more money every month I am so disappointed in HP. if anyone from HP really reads this review, I wish they would send me my $150 back because I don’t want a damn thing to do with HP and I’ll tell everybody in the world that I run across about the scams that they run.
