The fact that people have to pay a subscription in order to use your printer is unreal
User not friendly!
I just received the printer as a gift and is the worst user friendly I have ever seen. Very difficult to connect.

I downloaded the app and decided to try it. I selected a free trial. However, I disliked the service so I cancelled the subscription which was to charge only $1.50 or something. Now they took $59.99 off of my card for what??????
Confusing and money hungry
When you get and open the app it'll ask you if u want a subscription, you click no and then you go and try to print things, again subscription, for me personally it wouldn't allow me to print unless I paid for the subscription! If you choose the plan then I guess you'll have to wait three days or so after they charge you.

Talk about getting FU__ED by HP.
HP is running one of the worlds worst scams with their ink situation I went to this particular printer the HP 5000 because it was $150 and quoted as saying two years of ink. So I buy it online from Amazon I try to install it which takes a long time for me. I get the 5000 printer up and running and now I’m trying to use the app online with my phone and I have an iPad and as I go through the opening parts of the app I get to the last part which is try my new pro program where we are going to charge you like six or seven dollars a week for the rest of the time you’re going to use this printer so what you thought was the deal with the ink turns out to be even a bigger scam and milk you for more money every month I am so disappointed in HP. if anyone from HP really reads this review, I wish they would send me my $150 back because I don’t want a damn thing to do with HP and I’ll tell everybody in the world that I run across about the scams that they run.

Ich habe eine Drucker HP ENVY 6432e gekauft.
Dazu habe ich den Premium Support über die Smart App bezahlt. Da ich das Netzwerk meines Mitbewohners im Haus ein Stockwerk über mir mitbenutze will Ich den Drucker an mein mobiles Netzwerk anschließen.
Das bekomme ich nicht hin.

No Help or Trouble Shooting Option
I bought the app to help me when I had issues printing or with the printer itself. But the app does not have a help option or troubleshooting option

Subscription Requirements and Pop Ups
This solution is over the top redicilous with the pop ups for subscriptions and ads. You can to cancel out of everything every time you open it if you don’t pay them for use to the tool that allows the printer to have basic functions.
Difficult at best.
Disappointed and have spent hours with set up. Switched wireless network and here I am - another hour in.

Using printer to copy
I bought hp2752 printer but only need it to copy with. The setup app keeps telling me I have to use internet connection to use printer. All I want to is make copies. Why do I have to have internet connection just to make copies?
Annoying
I own the printer, I own the paper, I own the ink. I don’t want to pay to use my own property.
