Unable to connect with Carvaan
It just keeps giving error unable to find any saregama carvaan, tried many times with different devices but unable to connect with any device.
WiFi issue
Hey the WiFi services are down since long it shows unable to connect whom to contact ?
Play as remote does not work too flaky
App says turn on Bluetooth when already selected and sometimes when it’s connected and playing stops in middle and asks to turn on Bluetooth
Too buggy some of the buttons don’t even interact in some pages

The app needs to be updated that if we want to listen songs stored in saregama on the go we could listen through app also without connecting to device through Bluetooth. It will enhance the experience of listening the songs while travelling when we cannot carry the Saregama Caravan device with us. Please update.

The worst bhikhari app
After paying 3500 INR for the upgraded version of Wi-Fi model …I felt like they have an app …so I can can enjoy upgraded songs … it nothing more than a loot … I’m filing a civil suit against them …
Doesn’t connect
Doesn’t connect to my Caravan and Caravan mini. Tried a number of times. Don’t know what’s the issue. Have others too faced the same issue?

Crappy! After hours of effort, I still cant connect wifi! Strongly do NOT recommend.
…Stand alone, the device serves a purpose, but without wifi it cannot deliver promised features (podcasts, etc) making the saregama device meaningless. Of course, I am unable to reach anyone for help or to return device.
Suggestions:
- surface device mac id for access control
- easier wifi. My device not recognized by app so wifi options never available to me.

App not recognizing that user has active subscription
Hi team
I have sent an email with my all the device details, i have the same issue like the other 15 users have paid for the subscription yet the app keeps saying i need to subscribe! Tried 20 times did all trouble shoot but same issue persists

Volume control from App not working
Volume control from latest ios version 15.1 is not working when we unlock phone after screen off. Downloaded latest version of app.
Stuck
The iOS app stuck after we click on the arrow button at the bottom while song is playing
Support for more regional languages needed
Since the latest models have support only for Hindi offline music u need to at least upgrade the library to support other languages Tamil, Malayalam etc.. so that we can play via Bluetooth
Subscription Doesn’t Work
I’ve used the app in the past and the songs are nice and play just fine but I don’t know what happened but this app has become a piece of junk! You now have to subscribe and pay A LOT to listen to ANYTHING on the app and they don’t even acknowledge the subscription. I’ve subscribed and paid but I still get a notification saying that I need to subscribe to listen to songs. And! The! Best! Part! Is! I AM subscribed ! Yet I can’t play anything? What junk.

Mismatch in song shown in app and it plays
There is mismatch, i was able to connect carvaan to the app and it plays the song from the app but in bhakti section it plays song different from what you selected seems like a bug. this does not seems to be issue in hindi section though for now
Seems like they uploaded it without testing
It looks like either they didn’t find it important to test the app or didn’t pay well to tester before uploading it on app store, lots of bugs are there in this app (i.e. notification is showing message notification all the time even after Checking all the messages).
They really need to work hard on this else there are thousands of apps in the market, no body really care about keeping an app with lots of bugs in their phone.

Golden songs in a horrible app keep your frustrated.
This app should actually be kicked out of the App Store. It pains me to say that, because the erstwhile HMV (now SaReGaMa) collection of songs is the gold standard of Indian film music. This app could not have done any more injustice to the musical greatness of that collection. It is such a horrible interface that my thumbs are going to tire typing this, but here goes. I am hoping that someone at SaReGaMa Carvaan reads this to rectify the horrible app:
1. The app takes forever to load (I am using the latest iPhone on 100 MBPS WiFi with no other apps giving problems, so please cut through the standard customer service response of ‘please check your internet/phone’. No dear, do a better job next time).
2. Searching for a song/album is at 20th century speed. Remember opening an Internet Explorer page in the 90’s and while it’s opening, you visiting the bathroom, heating your coffee, talking to your neighbor, watering the plants and coming back hoping that the page would have loaded? Yes, if you dig that speed, this is the app for you! (All that is of course hyperbole only to say that the app is REALLY slllllllloooooow).
3. There is no ability to play an entire album. Really. App developers, you really want me separately search and play each individual song of an album? I even wrote to the customer service folks about this, only to get a reply saying, ‘we value your feedback’ without really doing anything about solving the problem. A year has passed since then, however this frustrating inability of the app still persists. Bravo, Team Carvaan! (That’s sarcasm, in case the app developers didn’t get it).
4. Once you select a song, you wait for the next century to dawn before the song starts playing. That’s fast, ain’t it? (Again, sarcasm).
5. Many times, after a song gets over and you search for the next song and you press play, the next song will just not play. No sir, no madam, it just won’t play. Consistently. Every time. Unless of course you re-launch the app - and, who doesn’t love that!
I am a paid subscriber of this app for two years in a row only because of the superb song collection and the high sound quality, which I have to give it to the team is just great (no sarcasm here, I mean it). However, the app misses basic functionalities of playing a given song, playing an entire album, reasonable launch speed, and so on. This app can be summed up in one word - deeply frustrating. Ok fine, that’s two words. But it’s deeply frustrating.
I sincerely hope that the good folks at SaReGaMa Carvaan fix this app without losing its content and sound quality, so that Indian music lovers the world over can continue their love and appreciation for SaReGaMa. Till then, this app would remain a deep frustration.

Does what it is suppose to
However, from time to time the app will crash or freeze. Perhaps its time to update to the new iOS. Randomly it disconnects from the carvaan karaoke.
Piece of garbage
I have followed the instructions as specified until heir manual. I am connected to WiFi and the application asks me to go the setting and connect to WiFi.
The Bluetooth connection works but not WiFi
Looks like no one tested the application.
Most likely I will go ahead and return the caravan device as most likely the quality of the device is same as the app.

Unable to connect to WiFi
Tried different means and ways but message keeps coming as Password incorrect though all my devices work on same password. Help section says enter serial number but no place u can enter within the app.. tried adding another Carvaan.. no use.. the help section phone numbers do not work either.

Bluetooth connection not working
Great sound...great collection of songs.....but unable to connect with my iPhone (IOS13.6) via Bluetooth....the Carvaan get paired with iphone easily....but when trying to play from app, it can’t show the paired device(the Carvaan)...have refreshed several times....but nothing happened ....so frustrating....!!!

IPhone Users Don't Buy
Caravan will not be connected with IPhone users if they are trying to connect WiFi... So please don't buy if u want to purchase, Moreover, WiFi issue will definitely come after 1 year and this is been updated by the technical employee of the Saregama... Chinese product, FM quality is poor. Total waste of Money, this I got after purchasing it.
