Would be great, but the keyboard doesn’t type at all on my LG. Everything else looks good, but the keyboard is essential. Also, there is no option to remove ads. If the keyboard worked, I would gladly pay a couple dollars to permanently remove ads.

Within 5 seconds I got an ad; if you are looking for ad-free, keep looking and good luck. Also wouldn’t connect to my older tv.

Connection problem
when I leave the app it loses connection to the tv and it won’t let me reconnect and I have to wait days before I can use the app

I have an LG Smart TV, about 3 years old, which I just updated. It is also on my local WiFi network. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, which I also just updated, and is also on my local network. Finally, I downloaded this app. Not only does this app NOT control my TV, the app can’t even FIND my LG TV to begin setting anything up. Utter USELESS.

Full screen ads pop up too often
Chill with the full screen ads, the app istelf works for the most part in general, just ads prevent you from using it half the time. Uninstalled.

Too Many Ads
At first it was all good but then after a while there’s just ad after ad
Center Button does not work!!!
I’m able to get around but one of the most prominent buttons {OK} does not work!
Can’t change channel and app support is just an advert
Don’t bother. The channels screen just lists the channels and you can’t select a channel. If you go to app support for this nonsense on the App Store you’ll find that is a link to an advert - one can only assume that Color Tiger is so embarrassed by their product that they don’t want to acknowledge that it is theirs.

Fix the GD “OK” Button
Please for the live of god, do not waste your time or storage space on this useless app. Not only will it bombard you with ads as you navigate the app, the most important function of a remote (the ok/select button) is non-functional. Will remove this review once it has been fixed.
Not worth the $$, so far
I’ve purchased this app, and every time I go to use the remote, it is in an endless loading spiral. I can only use it if I turn my phone off and on, which, is pretty stupid. Not impressed, especially for a paid for app.

Continues to disconnect
Each time I set it iPhone down and then pick it up again the app is not connected. My internet is great, I even put the TV name and IP address, but it still disconnects. It works well when I stay on the app but once I stop there is an issue.
OK button not functional
Would be a very good remote app if the OK button worked at all, but to select anything you need to use the physical remote. So why not just use the remote? I’ve seen other reviewers have had this problem for a long time, and it’s a problem that essentially makes the app completely pointless.
OK button
The app itself is great has all the features on the regular remote but virtually of course. The only problem is the ok button doesn’t accept commands. It’s been like this for months I can get to exactly where I need to be then can not select to watch my shows 🥺.
Constantly linking my tv
At first this app was helpful, but now it disconnects from my television with every few buttons I press. I have had to reconnect so many times tonight that I now know my MAC address by heart and the IP address. So frustrating!

Any way to get rid of the in app ads? When i use the app the auto sound on ads wakes up my sleeping partner. Otherwise fantastic app!
Sort of pointless
You need to accept the link on your TV in order to use the app and control from your phone but you cannot accept with out connecting to the tv
In other words you need your tv remote to accept use of the app, but If I had the TV remote, I would not need the app
