First time it worked well, second time…would not log in with credentials I set up. Tried deleting and reinstalling app with no luck. Same result; keeps refreshing to log in screen. Disappointing, as first time I used it was good for quick overviews of your account and certain functions. I am better off opening a browser window, which is less than convenient.

Useless
Failed to send me a replacement card for my expired card. When I called, they told me I would have to wait up to 14 days for the new card to arrive, meaning I have no access to the funds until the new card arrives. They emailed back saying it could take up to 15 days for the card to arrive, and that I could still access my funds during the wait. The app does not show you full card details. Email did not disclose how to add card to Apple wallet without physical card. Online website had no instructions to. Couldn’t search anywhere online either 🤷🏻♀️ Poor customer service. Basically told me to just wait and there was nothing they could do despite it being their fault.

This app is so easy to use, I’m now on my third salary sacrifice provider, I feel like now have the right service I need with a clear understanding on my savings.
Nonfunctional.
Basic requirement to allow to sign in is non-functional. Chose SMS to obtain pass code, and stuck in loading loop as the app tries to log in via interfacing Smart website.
No access to the new Smart app
I have been a client since 2022. When I open the app I’m shown a “your account isn’t ready to be managed in the new app just yet” message. My first thought is why? Is being a client for over 4 years not long enough to justify not being able to use this app? Does Smart prioritise newer clients over established clientele? The old app which is still on the AppStore is horrid and yet although it shows me zero useful information, I can use that to log in verses this app. Not a good look.

Almost got it
If this app also showed where your transactions were made rather than JIT Transaction for everything. I would this app use over the other smart app. The other app is useless and unreliable

Apparently my account "isn't ready" for the app. The absolute incompetence of this company never ceases to amaze me.

This app is very helpful and clear and a much easier way for me to keep track of my employee benefits, especially for my vehicle lease and to submit my expense claims.

Great for leases not for the rest
The registration for the new app was very easy and this is a big improvement in terms of managing my novated lease. However, I cannot see my super deductions in this app so it’s not going to fully replace the old app or website access until that is sorted.

Fantastic new app
So easy to navigate and make claims for my novated lease. Love the easy access to Smartrewards too. 30% off cinema tickets is a fantastic benefit. Make sure you explore all the different discounts in there. Loads of great rewards up for grabs.
