WiFi doesn’t work for iPhone
I don’t expect any responses for this. Only Bluetooth can be used. Every attempt to setup WiFi ends with the app crashing. Regardless, like it can be used as another remote.
Given the lack of responses and the age of the reviews, I wouldn’t hold my breath for any fixes. So a single problem garnered a single star.

Can’t use
I’m trying to set this up. However, it doesn’t find my WI-FI or BT to get started. My hub is on, red circle flashing, but I can’t add my shades because of the problem with BT and Wi-Fi. I have the newest version of iOS 16. Perhaps this version of the app doesn’t work with current iOS.
Not working in iOS 14
I have a new system, and the app doesn’t work on any of my devices running ios 14. It constantly quits before I can even set up my system. Please update!
