App doesn’t work
Does not work with iPhone 10.

I really wish I would’ve at least read the one review on this before I bought it. I bought it on impulse because my daughter could use it. The ONE review on here, is 100 percent correct. It doesn’t connect to the app it is “supposed to”. It will connect via blue tooth, but not via the sound soother app. Which makes this machine useless. I have plenty of speakers that connect to Bluetooth. Don’t need another. No need to waste your money. I will be returning.

Love it
So the only downside is it comes with only a few sounds. But after 8 m of having it I was just bored and tried to try the whole connecting it to my phone thing. Connected easily and once I connected it to my Bluetooth I just go to my Apple Music and share my sleep music with my child. So that took care of the whole “only a handful of sounds” problem. I love how it has a color rotate feature in the app. He loves it. Falls asleep watching colors change.

Unusable because it can’t connect to app
We had to return this because the app wouldn’t discover the actual device. The device relays completely on the app, so this is completely unsuitable for us. We have iPhone X for reference.
App not working, update to come by end of week (11/5)
Just got off the phone with customer service because we can’t pair the soother to the app. They said they are working on an app update that should fix this problem at the end of the week... will update rating if this is the case.
App Doesn’t Sync Device
Cannot get the app to sync the device even tho I have tried all the things and it used to work. So now I cannot program the wake settings making this device useless to me. Fix the app!
App doesn’t work
Same issue as many leaving reviews. App doesn’t recognize WiFi networks and can’t pair smoother. This is the second project nursery device we have had (first one was replaced) with connectivity issues.
Has lots of issues
This app works roughly 25% of the time. There are a handful of times where you will go in and your device won’t be listed. Takes a few refreshes to get it to display your device. Then there is the chance that at this current time, it just won’t work and allow you to control the device.
Hardest part is getting your device added to the app, usually you will have either no WiFi information listed for it to connect to (even though you are on the WiFi, it can’t seem to load the information). If you make it that far, the. You can randomly hang on while “Uploading user data” after selecting the device label which then does nothing, as we’ve had it sit on that for 20 min before.

Doesn’t connect to WiFi
This app is useless- I tried the other one as well. Neither work . Basically, I can only use the preset sounds and or Bluetooth. We received this as a gift so I cannot return it. Very disappointing
Works great for me
I had zero problems linking both of my devices to my phone with this app. It’s easy to use and I’ve found it to work great.
Sadly doesn’t work
The machine is beautiful and gives great sound however the app does not work, and WiFi doesn’t pair. Wish I checked this app before requesting this product on my registry.
This app is Trash!
I paid 70 for a ‘smart’ baby soother, but got a white noise machine that comes with an app that doesn’t even connect to the device! I hope this review reaches its app developers, because you a robbing customers that pay a premium price just to be robbed of our hard earned money! TRASH!

Won’t pair with iPhone X
Project nursery - come on!!! I’ve been trying to pair my phone for an hour. Not worth the $50 when I can spend $20 for just the white noise.

The sounds are ok. Preferred the sounds from our Sharper Image one but after our son broke it we figured we would try something new. Bought this one so we could use our phones with it. That feature does not actually function. The app will not even allow me to enter my home WiFi. I’m pretty upset with myself for tossing the box before I tried to connect with my phone. Would absolutely return. Don’t waste your money or time!!!

Doesn’t pair
No matter what we do we cannot get this app to pair with the device. Can we please get this app fixed as we do like the device.
Super Easy and Convenient!
I Love the app it’s super easy to use and convenient! Instead of having to press the buttons on the Smart Sound Soother to access any of the setting, I can just open the app and control it from there! At first I thought it wasn’t working with my Iphone XS but thank god I read the instructions carefully and the app turned out to work great with my phone!

Won’t pair with iphone
I have tried everything to get the smart soother to pair with my phone and connect to wifi - nothing has worked! We now have this incessant blinking at night because the unit is trying to connect to wifi 😡😡
