Smart Street Light Service

This app is a smart street light construction and maintenance management tool designed for field installers, maintenance personnel, and outsourced service teams. It supports on-site controller installation, repair task handling, GPS positioning, photo documentation, and work order reporting to improve the efficiency of smart street light deployment and maintenance. After signing in, users can choose either Construction Mode or Maintenance Mode based on their job requirements. In Construction Mode, users can filter target devices by area, gateway, power box, or all items, view the related street light controller list, and complete tasks such as scanning the controller QR code, identifying the device, recording GPS location, taking before/during/after construction photos, and submitting the construction result. This helps create a complete installation record for each device. In Maintenance Mode, users can select a maintenance contractor based on permission settings and review customer repair work orders, including pending and completed tasks. During the repair process, users can select fault causes, add notes, record materials used, take before and after repair photos, and submit the repair for review with additional comments. After verification by the responsible management unit, the work order is marked as completed. If the repair is not accepted, it can be returned for rework. This app provides complete records of installation location, construction progress, fault causes, repair history, and work order status, helping management teams track equipment status more accurately and improve both field operation efficiency and backend management.
