Don’t Get!!!
Charged $6.99 twice a month and I wasn’t using the app and the only way to delete the app is to email them and they never respond! Just kept charging my card!
Impossible to cancel my subscription
I bought a subscription in error and it said it had a 3 days cancellation period. I tried to cancel within 5 minutes and the mail facility will not send the mail to ‘Bruno’. No reply from him from a personal email yet but surely it shouldn’t be this difficult to get a refund?
Is this genuine?
This may or may not be fair, but my genuine experience. I got this in apple app store- because Samsung said that they use the Smart Switch app… without specifying “SAMSUNG Smart Switch!”.
£7 every week price (after a free 3 day period, which is actually 2 because you need to cancel 24 hours before the freebie ends). A bit frightening.
Finding how to cancel was impossible. Click the link that said “do you need help cancelling your account” took me somewhere where it was trying to get me to register for an account and wouldn’t let me do anything else. I finally googled to find that I needed to end the subscription through my apple account (I’m obviously not v familiar with this process!)
I fairly quickly read about the Samsung version of the app and happily abandoned this app.
I don’t know how much of my personal data, contacts, emails, photos etc that it has harvested. Maybe everything. Maybe nothing.
Avoid avoid avoid unless you have researched it and know that it will be good for you. It just feels like it’s set up to catch people out. If it is a truly useful and genuine product, they need to think about how they present themselves to ordinary people.

This app charges a weekly recurring fee of 10 bucks, about 40 bucks per month for something that you will typically use once. Don’t fall into the trap.
