App Won’t Connect
Purchase a thermostat from WS and a year later the app doesn’t work. It’s been 15 years and no update. Why even have it on the App Store?

Absolute garbage. Could never get my iphone to connect at a point where the app would read that it was connected even though the iPhone was connected to the unit’s WiFi. Don’t waste your time

Wish I had checked reviews before busying this! I can’t get it to connect either! Williams-Sonoma, please fix this!
My smart therm doesn’t work with the WS thermometer app or this app
I couldn’t get the WS thermometer app to work because that was Bluetooth and my smart thermometer has WiFi. Looked at the Williams Sonoma website and downloaded this app - thought that was promising because my thermometer looks like the one online and the one in this app. However, this app only seems to work with a smart thermometer 2 which apparently I don’t have. Even though this app connects via WiFi, the app doesn’t recognize my smart thermometer. Beyond annoyed at this Williams Sonoma product we received from our wedding.

Crap App
Went to use my Williams Sonoma Smart Therm for holiday cooking. Opened original app, was told that developer didn’t support iOS 11. Installed Smart Therm 2 app. Went through the steps to sync app, thermometer and iPhone X. Never went beyond blank screen. It never showed up as a wi-fi option. I now have a useless paperweight. Williams Sonoma now sell JUNK at premium prices. I will no longer shop at WILLIAMS SONOMA!!!
