Why is this so hard to do. I just want to setup my Lennox mini-splits but the instructions are awful and don’t seem to work!

Doesn’t hook up to anything and will take you’re money and won’t cancel your subscription. And won’t notify you if they actually got an email to cancel since that’s their only means of canceling
Very sneaky, not functional
It won’t show the optional free option until you keep the app open for a while. It says that one can add a device by scanning an appliance barcode, but it doesn’t work. Very disappointing.
Bad
They make it look similar to the app called SmartThings from Samsung, they call their name of the app Smart Thing with a space! So you get tricked in and taking this app instead of the original app. You should all know that the Samsung SmartThings app is FREE And this app is very expensive.
Cancel my subscription
I couldn’t use this product and when I hit the link to cancel I’m subscription it mysteriously doesn’t work.

Bought band new Samsung bespoke washer/dyer combo. I paid for the smart things subscription. When attempting to scan the QR code to add the unit, the app does nothing.

I was told by your previous app to download the new version. In doing so I agreed to the $19.99 fee but no matter what I do it will not allow me past the subscription fee page. It just keeps telling me to manage my subscription. Can’t open the app any further to use it.

Baixei o app e o mesmo cobrou R$ 99,00 sem minha autorização, não consigo entrar no app para cancelar, e quando tento entrar fala para contratar o plano, isso é um absurdo.
