Não consigo cancelar assinatura

Cuidado! Fui fazer o teste gratis da assinatura do aplicativo, que alegou poder cancelar antes de efetivamente começar a ser pago, mas em ligar nenhum mostra onde posso fazer isso! Foi debitado 40 reais do meu cartão e eu não pude fazer nada! Tentei contatar o suporte via email desde domingo e até agora nada! Tomem cuidado com esse tipo de app!
