App will not work. The little circle just spins

Almost never works

Works 1 time then stops working for 6 months. Had to delete the app and reinstall it just to get my info to pop up. Now it’s back stuck on the spinning circle loading screen. Deleted and reinstalled yet again now it won’t let me register. Maybe SMART should have spent all the money on App development instead of on criminal deportation defenses.

Getting better but still terrible

Why can I not change my own contact information in the app like every other app on my phone? I should also be able to make changes to my Dipp and different coverages I want in the app. Why is everything with this entire union like it’s still 1983? We should be able to message people we need to, submit forms, and various other tasks in the app
