Disappointed

Will not charge

Useless

Fit

Fitbit is going in the trash. I bought the watch and now you want to charge me for the time. 😠

Band replacement

I bought my smart wristband online years back but the band got damaged and still can not get a replacement till now. I will love to know how I can get the band replaced. Thanks

Does not connect

I bought Smart Wristband V2.3. The print on the user’s manual is so small I had to use a magnifier to read it. There was no charger included in the box although I could insert one end of the watch directly into my 5V USB charger. After it was charged I tried multiple times and multiple methods to connect to the app via Bluetooth on my iPhone 12 with zero success. The device is useless without the connection to the app. The only support I can find is in Chinese which I cannot read/speak.

App does not fit the iPhone screen.

App goes beyond the phone screen, when you try to pair watch with app you can’t see what comes up at the bottom of the screen, so pairing fails as we can’t see whatever instructions comes up at the bottom.

Good starter SmartWatch

This is a great starter watch for someone (like me) who has never used a smart watch. ( especially one that can track your steps an your heart rate) good starter watch 😄

Watch

Never Wirk from when I got it Amy help battery will no charge

Smart Watch

It really good and it does time/Steps/etc but it used to say Text messages. Please fix this. You will get a full 5 star when this is fixed. Thank you ! Update the app + including the watch

Wristband

Sadly it wouldn’t connect to my phone, Bluetooth was on and I tried to connect it but it just wouldn’t.

Can’t connect with my phone and inaccurate numbers for steps

Poor quality inaccurate numbers

Awful & wholly inaccurate

It completely undercalculates steps when compared to Apple Health app (which it does NOT sync to) often by hundreds of steps! It has no where near as many functions as advertised. Keeps switching to cycling mode for no reason. No clear instructions provided & not user friendly at all. A terrible product & falsely advertised to the extreme. Avoid like the plague. It deserves no stars.

Good at first

Got my first watch all fine after some time it wasn’t holding charge so bought new one, again fine at first synced regularly. Now the app it won’t stay connected to Bluetooth I’m shielding so not leaving house and it won’t sync automatically have to remember to do it manually or data is lost it looks like a lot people aree having this problem. And no way to get in touch unless you can read Chinese

Add Arabic language

I wish if you support Arabic language also ..I will be thankful

Would give 0 stars if I could

Was excited to get my smart watch, spent ages looking at different ones on the internet and just my look a picked this dud. Aesthetically pleasing but the functions that it’s supposed to have are a load of rubbish. They’re falsely advised for a start. But my main frustration is the fact it’s NOT accurate, not even a little bit. It doesn’t track my sleep.. reckons I’ve had 53 seconds or a couple hours n silly times when I’ve slept for a full night. The camera and music is just a remote for your camera and music on your phone, but you have to have your camera open and then hold the watch button to take a pic.. why would anyone want to do that when it’s easier to click on your phone, or for a shot further away set a timer coz you’d have to be pressing the watch and probs not the best pose for why you’re taking it. And if I walk down the stairs or just down the hall in my home it vibrates to say it’s disconnected to Bluetooth.. for a lot longer than a set alarm 😳 and it doesn’t always give you call/txt notifications.. even when you’re connected on Bluetooth. Not happy, what a waste of money! £50 down the drain

No Charging!

Very disappointed I have no charger and have used every USB port I own nothing! Is there an internal battery?

The worst

It does not connect to my smart watch

Bluetooth problem

It’s not very helpful when it doesn’t record full steps I did 5961 steps one day, but it shows I did 5705 and I’ve been trying to sync it but it doesn’t work! 😡😭😤🤬

Not impressed! I would give this a zero star, but one star will do.

Just a plain watch now

It used to be great, but now it doesn’t notify me of messages or calls, and doesn’t track sleep or heart rate either. Just a plain normal watch now, there’s nothing smart about it anymore

Wristband

My wrist band does not connect to the app

Baileybones

App decided to unpair from my device now will not pair. If I could have put no starts I would have. Don’t waste your money
