Update Cancelled my Subcription
I was about to make a phone call when I noticed the update icon. Updated the app and my login information was erased. Re-entered my password, and everything was gone. Their customer service is exclusively email with zero English service: zero. So, it’s been impossible to get my number back since my update. Japan quality isn’t what it used to be back in the 80s.

便利、着信が時々問題
音声、繋がり良好で、インターフェースも解りやすく大変便利に活用してます。
唯一の難点は、iPhone常時バックグラウンドとお知らせ設定にしていても
アプリを開けている時以外は着信音が鳴ず、お知らせも出ず、着信歴も残らないので、メールのお知らせを見て掛け直している事です。

Use once and it freezes and needs to be reloaded. Does not stay active in the background and will not ring or receive calls.
A MUST HAVE!!
You must have this if you call or travel abroad often.
Especially when you go to Japan, this is the must have with mobile wifi router. Amazing calling app!!
