Works then doesn’t
Constantly, tells me I have no internet connection. If you get passed that, appt days that show availability for the doctor tells me there is no date time avail. Though it doesn’t put an x through the day. When it does work it’s seamless. But it’s usually the first one
Poorly made app
Very poorly designed app. Incredibly frustrating, caused me to pick another doctor not in their network.
Not so smart
It would be faster to call the doctor than to use this app. Log in. Enter insurance. Enter DOB using a scroll wheel that is more painful than just entering the date. Go back in and search for the doctor again. The developers should try to book an appointment using this. It’s much more of a pain than it needs to be. Apps are supposed to make a process better. This one fails at it.

Excellent
Less than 30 seconds to make an appointment any time of day. I can finally stop calling doctors and just show up for an appointment. Best thing it verifies your insurance instantly so that there are no surprises at the day of the visit. Also if I need any consults my doctors office can send me to a specialist by booking an appointment for me at checkout station before I leave.

Broken at every level
Extremely broken app. From logging in to profile creation to identifying your own doctor that you’ve been seeing for years, this app fails at every step.
Just call your doc for an appointment and save yourself the MASSIVE headache.
