Version 1.45.0 A fresh start, right from setup. This release begins with a complete redesign of how you get started: every screen from the initial setup choice through Hub and app setup now has a cleaner look that matches the rest of the app, plus a short intro video on first launch. Beyond that, the Plotter and logbook both got meaningful upgrades, plus a handful of smaller fixes. NEW: Redesigned Setup We have redesigned the entire setup experience, from the very first path chooser screen through Hub setup and app setup, with a cleaner look that matches the rest of the app. A short intro video, available in English and German, now plays on first launch, walking you through the app's key features before you get started. Also new: - A live distance-to-anchor widget on the Plotter shows how far you are from your anchor whenever the anchor alarm is active, without leaving the plotter view. - Every alarm trigger and clear now shows up as its own entry in your logbook, giving you a complete record of what happened and when. - When your Hub is connected to the cloud, the app now opens straight to your last trip's data instead of asking you to pick a time range. - The About screen now shows the Smartboatia ID of the boat's registered owner, so you can tell which account a Hub belongs to. - A new switch lets you show data from NMEA2000 sensors that do not broadcast their own device details. - Target speed, VMG, and the polar table now only appear in the Plotter picker when your Hub is cloud-synced to a boat with a saved polar diagram. Bug fixes: - Fixed: logbook entries could occasionally fail to load when your Hub connection was unstable. - Fixed: the app did not always reconnect automatically to your Hub after a brief local connection drop. - Fixed: the Hub's serial number sometimes stayed empty on the About screen. - Fixed: logging out sometimes showed a misleading no-internet message. - Fixed: the location name on the home screen did not always update from the boat's GPS position. - Fixed: the Target Speed screen showed a misleading Hub not synchronized message for Hubs that were never meant to sync with the cloud.
