Вже більше року як неможливо додати квитки в Apple Wallet. Також хотілося б, щоб при купівлі квитків на телефоні не вимагалося його перевертати.

Додаток виявився розчаруванням. Спочатку я не змогла підтягнути картку — щоразу з'являлася одна й та сама помилка, яка не дозволяла завершити процес. Я звернулася за допомогою до адміністратора кінотеатру, але, на жаль, вона була не тільки абсолютно безпорадною, а й не привітною. Не змогла надати жодної допомоги, що тільки посилило враження від сервісу. На жаль, цей додаток та підтримка не виправдали моїх очікувань((

Кінотеатр класний, подобається туди ходити. Додаток жахливий.. він сам по собі перевертається, обрізаються частини екрану, інтуїтивно незрозуміло як замовити квиточок.

Bad app

Worst app ever seen. Can’t buy tickets inside the app, have to go to website. No userfriendly interface. No space for promocodes. What do I need this app for? Just for time schedule? To see posters?

Кінотеатр чудовий, а мобільний додаток - жахливий

Купити квитки через додаток - це ще те випробування. Незручно! Якщо незручно - не буду купувати 🙃
Ввести промокод - теж із проблемами. Доводиться телефонувати у підтримку.
Нарахування бонусів - теж лише через підтримку.
Квитки у додатку не зʼявляються. Добре, що на пошту приходять.
