Everyday configure
I am facing issue if i login to app which shows 0 everything then I need to reconfigure Wi-Fi setup then login and then it show the data. So everyday I need to setup to check the data otherwise it’s shows 0 data
DataLogger getting Offline frequently
After 2-3 days suddenly data-logger goes offline,again I to connect this become regular process. Is there any glitch?
Data logger shows offline
My data logger is shown as offline. How do I take care of it to get the actual data online?
I tried adding it again but not able to add new data logger even after it is found by Bluetooth.

No data from solar controller.
My data logger its connected to the app but with out data. I called my friend who got this same controller and he got exacly this same problem. Personally I had spend so much time with this problem that came to conclusoon that is just waisting time.
Great App interface
Data access is smooth , slight problem I faced is with currency display. Other than that data tracking is quite accurate.

App not working perfectly as before, graph of any date, month and year are not shown in my app.
Poor UI after latest update
In the previous version, I could view values on the graph by simply scrolling on different dates left or right, which was very convenient. Now, it only shows the value of the currently selected point, and scrolling just moves the entire graph instead of displaying other values. This change has made the feature much less useful.

Worst User Interface
The app has the worst UI of any app. It’s very difficult to use, the app is really confusing. I can’t teach my mother & father to use it. The app should be minimalist and easy to use. It should monitor and compare electricity generation via solar panel, to help us & tell us to clean it.
Alarm notifications doesn’t work properly..

the app and hardware are total garbage. the system always crashes and never works.
Granular data
Since the app already captures granular data and then aggregates it, I would like two functions:
1. To be able to download granular data to my laptop for detailed analysis like output patterns through the day. Currently only aggregate daily data is made available.
2. To be able to aggregate data within a user specified date range. This will enable me check the accuracy of the readings provided by my discom.

Terrible. Instructions are useless. Won’t connect
Not sure how they expect you to understand the Terrible instructions. The first instructions do not match the app.

There is one drawback, which I have noticed in the app. If I want to get an update of the data of one year back, it is not available. If we could get some feedback and previous data history of a year back, also it would be fantastic. So that comparison could be made as regards the consumption and utilisation.

Data not showing on wifi connection
Real time data not showing after connecting to wifi but on local monitoring data show with blutooth connection
After update issue
I just update my application with latest version and i am unable to fetch details of my daily generation and everything app is not working after update.
Location change
Our plant is in india we are trying to set time zone but it is only showing china timezone and also country update is also not working. Please fix this.
