App is crashing
Hi there, could you let me know how to fix the issue. As i am trying to update the firmware and it crashes the app..

During this lockdown I couldn’t meet any of my club members or coach to do practice. SmartCricket bat sense helped me a lot to improve my batting techniques. I realised the importance of keeping track of my batting skills and Bat Sense has done it for me. I consider this device as a smart coach.

Technique at Fingertips
I bought BatSense for my son almost a year ago. He has been using it most of the time with his SG bat. It is something fairly unique where after playing a shot, you can instantly see technical analysis. It fascinates me quite a lot as I would normally see that type of analysis on television during an international match. My son has used it quite effectively and willing to learn through the analysis and many times has been able to auto rectify his technique in order to get increase shot efficiency - a feature in BatSense that I admire the most. Although it is not a replacement of a coach, it actually compliments the coach and even it has a feature to sync shots where the coach can analyse even remotely. No doubt there are still improvements to be done, but for the price, it is an excellent value-product.

Keeps crashing
I bought the app sense recently. The app is full of bugs. Keeps crashing. I am not even able to sync data. I don’t know whether it’s a faulty bat sense or it’s just the app. Either way, the app is poor. Notifications are not visible on my phone as well.

App interface does not show how to discover the device. Have followed instructions, reinstalled App on two apple devices, allowed all permissions and none of the steps to register device are found! Software needs to be looked at by the designer.

How can the CWC allow this to be promoted at their matches. It doesn’t work & no feedback on chat service that is meant to help. How do I get a refund?
