Non ricordando più la password del mio Apple Watch ho dovuto ripristinarlo come nuovo,al riavvio si sono installate in automatico tutte le app che avevo nel mio iPhone tranne questa,allora ho provato a riacquistarla nel Apple store ma non posso dato che mi dice acquistato e non posso scaricarlo di nuovo, ma dell’app non c’è traccia ne nel Apple Watch né nel mio iPhone..praticamente non posso più usare lo Smart drive

The app no longer works
I’ve had the Apple App for over 2 years, but haven’t had to use it since I installed the Speed Control Dial. My controller stopped working last night and I was left stranded. I tried to use the app on my watch but it was no longer available on my watch or my phone. When I searched the App Store, I can see the app listed but I can’t do anything with it. I can see that the app was Purchased, but it doesn’t allow me to do anything but forward the 4 screenshots provided by the manufacturer when they uploaded the app to the store.
Not having a way to operate the SmartDrive is not only frustrating, it’s unacceptable. Customers pay a pretty penny for this unit, we deserve a usable app or switches that won’t leave us stranded.

important advice!!! good but one HUGE problem.
What reviewer Apjret said two years ago! In the learning tool, I try to get the hang of doing the double tap in a way that it will detect but even with lots of practice, it’s hit or miss. They need to change the sensitivity. Especially given that the app turns off frequently after a short time (another bug)… it’s maybe 100 times more likely to miss a double tap, than detect one that wasn’t intentional so the sensitivity should definitely be adjusted way up!!!!!!!¡!¡i

Latest update not working
After updating to the latest version of the application and updating the smartdrive to the latest version of MCU it has stopped working. It is now impossible to link it. If it is off and you click on link smartdrive it detects one that does not exist and if you do it with the smartdrive on it tells you that there are several smartdrives on. So unfortunately after two years of use I can no longer use my smartdrive while you do not look for the problem. And it was the product that allowed me to go out on the street calmly.

Why is the app not available to download?
I am really confused as I have bought a smart drive mx2+ and one of the benefits was being able to control from my Apple Watch. However, I’ve come to download it and it has a greyed out button that says ‘purchased’ but there is no option for me to download it.

Apparently I’ve already purchased this app however I’ve never tried to use it. And it doesn’t even allow an iPhone 12 or Apple 9 series watch to pair with this app…which are relatively new devices. Little confused at smart drive apps as they seem to be more like dumb drive and obsolete apps.
Why is this not available for my Apple Watch???
I purchased an Apple Watch for the use of my smartdrive so I didn’t look like I was wearing multiple watches and it does more than the new smartdrive watch. But it doesn’t seem to be available at all. Sad considering how much much the smartdrive is and now this. Think smoov is the way to go, as I’ve had no end of issues with this smartdrive! Permobil once again another disappointment.

Buggy app
I don’t know when, I don’t know how or where it will happen. But I’m convinced this app which regularly doesn’t work with my SmartDrive MX2+ will be the death of me. Will it be a cliff? Incoming traffic? Or a face-plant into a curb. Only time will tell.

App ist gut gemacht, Einstellungen funktionieren gut und die erste Verbindung klappt normalerweise reibungslos.
Allerdings verliert die Uhr immer wieder die Verbindung. Manchmal hält sie 20-30min, aber insbesondere wenn man eine zeitlang ohne Unterstützung fährt ist die Verbindung meistens weg. Sehr nervig, da ich die Unterstützung meistens kurzfristig an Steigungen benötige.

Permobil社より回答をいただだきました。 ペアリングができないので、アプリを削除し、あらためてアプリを入れようとしてもアプリ購入済みになったままで、アプリをApple Watchに入れられない。
Apple Watchに再度インストールする方法を知りたいです。 せっかく スマートドライブをレンタルできたのに ペアリングができないので、 Apple Watch からアプリを削除しあらためて ペアリングをしたいのだが iPhoneのアプリストア上では購入済みとなったままで 再度Apple Watchにインストールしたくてもできなくて困ってしまう。 スマートドライブ付属のスマートウォッチデバイスと Apple Watchを２つ腕につけるのは 格好が悪いしスマートではなくて残念。 ボタン操作は膝下の辺りに付けたため （そこしかつけれなかった） 前方へ体幹が傾くと姿勢が保持できない自分の状態では危なくて使え ず。 しかし スマートドライブ自体は 、今まで介助が必要だった スロープや傾斜のある所、絨毯の上も一人で移動できるようになりました。

Good app
Happy to finally get this app available on Apple Watch until today. I had to unpair and then re-pair my watch and found that I had lost the app on my watch. Searching high and low on my phone and watch to try to find it finally found it in the App Store but there was no way to reinstall it just to share it with people on my email or messenger list.
it was a good app while it lasted. I noticed today that the app has disappeared off my watch. When I go to the App Store it tells me it is purchased but that is grayed out and I cannot reload it. Very very disappointed in this app after waiting so long!

Tapping issues
The setup was smooth . Great speed
But sometimes I have to tap 4 or mor times to get it going. My biggest concern is if it doesn’t stop when I tap I hit a wall curb or people. I have hit a few walls lately . I love the AP though cause I can go faster than the manual control.
And I don’t get tired . Great product with my Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Great idea, if it would stay connected
Took forever to figure out how to get the app onto my watch as there isn’t a companion phone app. The directions regarding settings are really poorly written so I only figured it out by searching YouTube videos and Reddit threads. When I finally got the watch connected and the settings adjusted, now it constantly disconnects from the smartdrive while I’m in motion. I can get at best a few minutes of assisted motion before it beeps and disconnects. Would prefer to use my watch but I guess it’s back to the wired control knob.

Randomly fails to start/stop motor
The app connects with the SmartDrive quickly after turning on and chimes to respond to taps - but it randomly fails to activate the motor even though it plays the sound to acknowledge the double tap.
Sometimes I need to double tap 3.. 4… 5.. even 6 times to get the motor to start - or stop. I’ve stopped using the power assist in spaces where there is limited room to stop after multiple instances where double taps have failed to turn off the motor and I’ve been slammed into a wall (sometimes with enough speed to flip the motor under my chair).
In other cases, inadvertent hand motions that were not taps have activated the motor - so often I end up turning off the SmartDrive and pushing manually to avoid.
Hate the PushTracker that came with my SmartDrive - needs charging multiple times per day and I find the interface cryptic. I used to use the drive daily, but now it stays off most of the time - I much prefer the AppleWatch, so will continue to leave my SmartDrive off except when I have a long distance to go with ample room to stop….

Verschwunden!?
Musste die App nochmals löschen. Eigentlich ein einfacher Vorgang… nun kann ich die App nicht mehr aus dem AppStore laden „ gekauft“ steht da zu lesen. Aber sie taucht auch auf keinem, meiner Geräte auf….soll es das gewesen sein?
