Great tool
I’ve had this for about 5yrs. App wouldn’t connect when I purchased it.. emailed support, they fixed it within 24hrs. Great response! Works great now..

Keeps timing out
It times out every 10 mins. Other than having to reconnect Bluetooth, it works great.
User manual?
This thing works ok but the User Manual button doesn't work nor does the FAQ button. Looks like the Internet locations changed or something.
Works Now With iOS 9.1
Thanks for updating the app. It now easily establishes a Blue Tooth connection with my iPhone 6+. It’s great to have the thermometer next to the range and the temperature visible on my iPhone throughout the house. Extremely useful. I missed the update for Thanksgiving,and used a Taylor Instant Read thermometer instead, but will now bake with the SmarTemp from now on.

Won't work or connect
The app shuts down every time I try to connect Bluetooth. Right now it's useless kind of disappointing right now. Needs an update asap. Was excited about this thermometer and its functionality. I'm running iOS 9.1 iPhone 6s Plus

Does not work with iPhone 6, iOS 9.1. Click on "Connect Bluetooth" and app immediately crashes and does not connect. Does work with Droid Maxx.
Crashes
App crashes every time I try to connect with Bluetooth. The physical product seems good though. Please fix the app, I want to use the Bluetooth capabilities!
Good idea, poor execution
Every review here is spot on. It's junk. The actual unit temperature was inaccurate by at least 40 degrees on both probes. The app is useless.

What a POS! Bluetooth will not connect. Save your money and your time.
Worked great until iOS 9
The current version does not work under iOS nine. The Bluetooth starts to open, but then the entire app crashes. Please fix this as soon as possible otherwise I would give it four stars
Won't connect
As soon as you press connect Bluetooth, the app crashes. The device doesn't even show up in my Bluetooth settings.

This was an every cook app/thermometer combo for me. Why? Why can't you guys get this working spot on like it used to? I'm close to throwing it in the toilet and taking a crap.
Crashes upon connection
Doesn't work... Crashes every time it finds the device.
Crashing and buggy
Can't even use the app anymore. As soon as you try to connect the Bluetooth the app crashes and restarts. It used to work, but doesn't at all. Tried two different iPhones and an iPad and non of them work.
Will not connect
Wondered why it was on sale at target for like 80% off, now I know. Bluetooth doesn't work at all, just crashes on iPhone. Ridiculous that app makers can't keep up with updates and seem to not care it'a not working.
Couldn't use it - just kept crashing
I followed all of the connection instructions exactly and when I hit connect, it displayed a screen that said "Refresh..." and the app crashed. Returned the thermometer to the store. Bummed because I was pretty excited to use it. :(
Bluetooth Still Won't Connect
Same exact issue from before update that SOUNDS like it was aimed at this. As soon as you click on Connect Bluetooth, "Refreshing" briefly displays, then the app closes with no connection. This is extremely frustrating, as this function was the sole reason I bought a $70 thermometer, and it's too late to return. SmartTemp needs to contract some smart developers and get this working.

Needs another update
Just updated this app today (October 25th). It connects to the Bluetooth now. But after I put the app in the background, and start using other apps it loses its Bluetooth connection and I have to reconnect the device. It's very useful when it works though.
Constant crash
Worthless. Doesn't work. Need to fix.

Ditto on crashing when launching. You gotta support what your customers buy into Taylor. Love it otherwise.
