Touch ID
It would be better to be able to use Touch ID to log in rather than entering credentials especially if it’s an emergency

I tried multiple times to update my insurance information. After saving the old information was still there

Heard about this app a couple of days ago. I thought I would give it a try. I got it for my dad who's not doing so well these days.Anyway I am pretty impressed with the app. They offer some good services and the app itself is pretty smooth.
Finally I can relax
As I have elderly parents I am constantly worried about them. Knowing I will be contacted in case of an emergency is a life changer. After installing this app on their phones I contacted the developer and he told me they are constantly working on updates. I've been waiting for something like this.

Put in my info said I don't exist
And can not find my hospital name . Not a good app in emergency.
