No longer works
Support said a month ago that it was a known issue but has not updated me. I also asked twice if it was on their end or mine. No reply. It’s still under warranty. But getting a replacement won’t work if the software issue is on their part. So I’m in nowhere land.

Great when working
Installed this for our coffee machine and it works great when I can open the app but most of the time the app won’t open and I have to uninstall and download again. It would also be handy to just have a function that would make coffee same time each day and not just an alarm or if you could programme through IFTTT

Worst app
Had kettle less than 7 hours and it’s definitely getting retuned app manages to open once then crashes then won’t reopen for a kettle price of 100 odd quid I’d expect the app to be up to the job shocking

Great until it inexplicably losses connection. Told by support to delete app and reinstall. Why?

Can no longer change the temperature on my iKettle following the latest March 2019 update. I love the product but have always found the software to be unreliable and frustrating to set up and get working properly. Connection is always dropped. £100 kettle and no app update in over 1 year?

Great kettle
I’ve had no problems apart from it disconnecting from time to time, easy to connect again, so 5 stars, my only complaint is that I can’t boil from my Apple Watch, I’m sure this is an easy fix for them, SO SORT IT OUT PLEASE!
Bugs galore
Seems to have lost some functionality as certain features don’t work. For example I can’t boil the kettle from the main screen, I have to press “keep warm” for it to start.
Nothing works, not even the support link
Set the app up several times, the kettle connects, the coffee machine connects, and the next day the app won’t even open.
It used to work perfectly but now it’s useless.
Tried clicking the link for support via the App Store and I get a 404 error. Seriously not worth the money.

Rarely works
This works so rarely it’s a surprise when it does work.
Troublesome gimmick
Not even a week old and my app no longer connects to my coffee machine, uninstalled and reinstalled, reset, and still nothing! If I wanted a coffee machine that didn’t have a phone function I would have saved at least 60 quid, I’ll definitely be taking this back.
When it works it’s great... but fix the screen for iPhone X
Works well unless your Wi-fi goes down, then you have to switch off and on again.
But biggest pain is when I check how full the kettle is before boiling - when you try to go back to screen to get it to boil, the X to close the window and return is top left and too high for iPhone X (etc). Please fix?!!!

App crashes too often. I would have to delete and re-download each time. Such an inconvenient!

Come on Smarter... Sort it out. It's hardly a WiFi kettle or coffee machine if the app to make it work over wifi is broken. Error code of null for everything you try to do.

What a pile of crap. Contacted customer services about unable to login on app over a month ago!! Same error code of null!! Nothing been sorted so can’t use it!!!
Won’t let me register and account
Just keep getting a ((null): (null:null)) when I fill in the registration details, used several different email address and password combinations to no avail.
