Absolutely dreadful app
You can tell they’ve invested absolutely zero in this app. Constantly logs you out, crashes all the time, is barely functional. Waste of time and absolutely no surprise from such a poor service provider. I wish there was an alternative on this island…

Buggy
Credit card transaction declined over and over! I had to delete and enter again my credit card details to make it work. Please fix it! Add dark mode!
Annoying card updates
For some reason I can’t update my card details as my old card expired every time I top up I have to click add new card I then save details but when coming to top up again it has not saved my new card details and reverts back to my old card??
Green Writing
App is good but would be better if you could change the colour of the credit balance on the payg screen. You can’t make out the green writing sometimes.
