With the new app, it now does everything I was looking for
The SmarterQueue service is amazing. It’s saved me so much time scheduling for our charity and I wouldn’t be without it. I can managed our three social media channels effectively and keep an eye on the posting queues making any changes I need easily.
That coupled with the brilliant customer service you get from the team, on the rare occasion you may need them, makes this my platform of choice for running our online media.

Terrible
Wanted this because of the shift grid option but you have a nice surprise after waisting your time “signing up” saying your trial ends in 15 days. Don’t waste your time on this trash.
Can’t Log In
It glitches when you log in. It takes me to my calendar and freezes. Wish it had an Instagram planner board where you can visually plan your Instagram posts...

Doesn’t post automatically
You can schedule the posts for Instagram, but you have to ultimately tap on post every time a post is scheduled. Pretty inconvenient since other schedulers post the scheduled posts automatically.
Also the app doesn’t do much and doesn’t work to schedule posts; it redirects you to the website.
I like the interface for the web version, but these issues are dealbreakers.

Sorely lacking
Their desktop version is pretty good.
Once you’ve used an app like PLANN you assume Smarterqueue will be able to get it together in their app version too.
Pretty tragic - & have been waiting for the game to be lifted.

Amazing solution for posting to Instagram!
SmarterQueue is an amazing tool for planning and scheduling your social media content in the simplest, most effective way all while saving time. The app makes it easy to post to Instagram in just a few clicks!
Minimal at best
At the least, this app should allow me to add posts to a folder so I can later go into the desktop and complete the post and schedule. I’m not asking for much...
Right now it does very little. It only exists to allow you to copy your scheduled Instagram posts to manually post when notified. It works for that, so I’ll give two stars until it actually becomes useful on its own.
Edit: based on developer response, it’s pretty clear they either autorespond or don’t read. The response has zero to do with the one tiny thing I asked for. Disappointed

I don’t understand how to use this app!
I’m trying out the service for my org and personal accounts and want to love it but I can’t figure out how to make it work with mobile. Help!
This app is not useful for posting to Instagram
Downloaded app in the hope that it would make it easy to shchedule my Instagram posts. It took me way longer to post via this app than to do it manually. It copies your image across but none of the text, and the text field is tiny and a challenge to copy paste from.

Can't sign in without Instagram account connected
I'm really bummed. I want to download the app because the online platform is awesome, but I don't have a business Instagram account and don't want to connect my personal...so I can't sign in on the app? Kind of weird. Would love to know if/when this is fixed!
